      Michael Lazarow is a graduate of Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University where he earned his degree in Music Education.

 

      Michael has been singing for as long as he can remember and found his passion for music through singing in various choirs and a cappella groups. During his time at Rutgers, Michael directed Rutgers’ Premiere A Cappella group, Deep Treble, performed in countries like Italy and Germany with the Rutgers University Kirkpatrick Choir and Glee Club, and established an acoustic duo called “The Roomies” that performs at various restaurants and venues throughout the state.

 

      Through studying his degree in Music Education, Michael has had several opportunities to work with local elementary school students and has learned new instruments like violin, piano, ukulele, and guitar in the process. This has led him to discover his true passion for teaching and his love for sharing music with others.

 

      In his down time, Michael loves to cook, go on walks, and sing with friends.
